Thank you for shopping with ShopJRV! All of our products are printed on demand and fulfilled by Printify's production partners.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Times (USA)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after production

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after production (where available)

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days after production, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

 

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at jrv@shopjrv.com with your order number and a photo (if damaged). We will work with our production partner to resolve the issue promptly.
